HubSpot Conditional Formatting in Columns in Views

If you right click a column header in a View, depending on the data in the column you will see an option to apply Conditional Formatting.

It is essentially the same experience as you're used to from Excel or Google Sheets:

They've implemented this quite well. It is fast, and is saved as part of the View.
