HubSpot Pin Note

 

Reminder: you can pin/unpin a Note to the top of an object timeline in HubSpot.

When preparing for prospect discovery calls, we often get the prospect's photo from LinkedIn and add as a Note, along with any noteworthy details, so that whoever is running the call can quickly review just before the call.

(Also, reminder that you can associate a Note to other objects as well)
