HubSpot Export Threshold Notification

Reminder: If you're a Super Admin in HubSpot you can set a threshold for getting notified about exports from your portal.

I've set mine very low because I like to be notified for just about any export... so I can ask: Why are we exporting data? And to where? Why aren't we using an integration instead?
