HubSpot Breeze Assistant Sales Email Scenario

 

Simple example of using Breeze Assistant to help prepare sales follow up emails.

Breeze Assistant can be handy, because it can browse across the activity (of a contact, company, deal etc).

Chat with Breeze to prepare the outline of an email.

Only downside, you need to copy and paste the subject and the body manually into the email.

Works best for contacts that have some activity logged already, otherwise if it is completely cold it may just make up random stuff.

With that in mind: the email it generates always needs checking - it's hit and miss - sometimes it's great, sometimes it gets things totally wrong (recent example, it created an email signature for me, but pulled in the Contact's mobile to use as the mobile number in my signature.)

What I like about this approach though - depending on the email you are preparing - is that it will often pull out pain points and topics you've discussed long ago (and completely forgotten about).
