Good Sales Teams versus Bad Sales Teams
Ian and I recorded an ad-hoc episode of HubShots (we're calling it a 'Conversation') chatting about the calibre of sales teams we're seeing in our training engagements.
Whilst 'sales skills' are definitely a requirement, a key characteristic of successful sales teams we're seeing is around their willingness to use the tools (eg HubSpot).
Successful teams will happily embrace new platforms and processes, whilst the less successful always seem to find things to complain about and resist (no platform is perfect of course).
