Restore HubSpot CRM Changes

You can now restore previous versions of your CRM data from the past 14 days directly within the platform.

Step 1: Enable Backups
Before you can restore data, ensure you have scheduled automatic backups enabled in your settings.

Step 2: Where to Restore Data
You can undo manual edits or restore data updated by imports, integrations, and Workflows from multiple places in HubSpot:

- Backup & Restore Settings: Use the central restore tab to search and prepare a preview of your changes.

- Object Index Pages: Access the restore option directly while viewing your records.

- The Imports Tool: Quickly undo a messy/incorrect import.

- Workflow Enrollment History: Roll back changes caused by specific workflow automations.
