HubSpot Company Associate to Contact Setting

For most portals you can consider turning this on in your HubSpot settings.
It will automatically associate a Company to a Contact based on their email domain.

However, there are times when you'd leave this off, including:
- if you have a lot of government contacts or franchise contacts. In those case you're likely working with parent and child companies/departments, and may want to set the company association manually.
But even then you can set some domains (eg a gov domain) to be excluded.

- multinational companies - that's another parent/child company case (eg different child companies for per region, with their own owners etc). In that case you'll usually want to associate manually.

- Salesforce integrations (as well as other integrations) can cause issues, and may be a good reasons not to turn this on.
