HubSpot CRM Email Permissions

Reminder: you can control whether users see other users' emails that have been logged into HubSpot.

Depending on the sensitivity of the emails (eg medical information, financial details, etc) , you may want to protect this so that only the person who logged the email (or their specific team) can view them.

Note: this is different to viewing the Contact details. So you may want to give everyone access to View the contact details, but closely control viewing emails logged against the contact.
