HubSpot Workflow Action Types

Reminder: you can use the Workflow Action Type to filter down to workflows that only include specific actions.

A nice client use case recently, they wanted to review all the workflows that sent out marketing emails to contacts.

In this particular case, they were checking if there were any (legacy) workflows that were triggered by 'Any Form Submit'. They'd added a new brand website, and there were new forms created. They wanted to check that these new forms weren't going to trigger old workflows that related to a separate brand.

There's a growing demand for help reviewing portals that have been around for years - checking if the legacy implementation from years ago is going to cause problems as the business grows and changes. This is just a simple example.
